Every path here is different.
You deserve to be held
-
The Queer Person Between Worlds
You know who you are and you're still exhausted by how much energy it takes to exist as that person in the world. Whether the weight comes from family, community, relationships, or years of learning to make yourself smaller, this work meets you exactly where you are, whatever your story looks like. You don't have to earn your place here.
-
The Caregiver Behind the Crisis
You love someone through something most people will never understand. And while all the support goes to them, the appointments, the treatment team, the plan, you are expected to keep going. Nobody asks how you're doing. And you are not allowed to fall apart. You deserve a space built specifically for what this costs you.
-
The Trauma Survivor, Reclaiming Their Life
You survived. The immediate crisis ends, and then the support disappears, just as the longer work begins. To everyone around you, you look like you're doing okay. Inside, you're anything but. Rebuilding safety, identity, and trust takes time and the right container. This work is built specifically for that chapter and for the person you are becoming in it.

English and Spanish. Cultural context included.
For many Latine clients, family, culture, and identity don't arrive separately; they arrive stacked, each one shaping the others. The pressure to stay loyal, keep the peace, carry family expectations, or protect others often shapes not just their relationships and decisions, but how much space they believe they're allowed to take up.
This practice was built with those realities in mind. You do not have to translate your culture, your family dynamics, or the emotional weight you carry in order to be understood here. Come in the language that lets you speak most honestly.
What you'll walk away with?
Understanding what you've been carrying, and why it has cost you so much.
Knowing the difference between what you've chosen and what was handed to you.
A relationship with yourself that isn't built on survival mode.
Having the tools to build a life that finally feels like yours
Yoyce Geronimo Galvan
Founder, Held & Seen Coaching
Yoyce Geronimo Galvan, M.A., spent over ten years leading behavioral health programs, designing national initiatives, and sitting with the communities this practice now serves. She kept seeing the same thing: LGBTQ+ individuals, caregivers, and trauma survivors who were functioning, even thriving in some areas, while carrying an invisible weight nobody around them was equipped to hold.
This practice was built because that needed to change. It translates a decade of clinical systems knowledge into focused, individualized support for people navigating complex, ongoing realities.
